At Dzignify, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital signage services, including content design, on-site installation coordination, and monthly screen management. Because our work involves customized digital content and service-based deliverables, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not apply.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the customized nature of our services, most purchases are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes:

  • Custom design work

  • Content creation

  • Screen management services

  • Consulting or strategy services

  • Installation coordination

We invest time and resources into each project, so refunds cannot be issued after work has started.

2. DEPOSITS

For projects requiring a deposit:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has been scheduled or work has begun.

  • If a project is canceled before any work starts, Dzignify may, at its discretion, refund part or all of the deposit.

3. MONTHLY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Our monthly digital signage management plans are billed in advance.

  • No refunds are given for partial months or unused time.

  • Clients may cancel future billing with written notice; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DESIGN DELIVERABLES

Because digital signage content and design files are custom-created, all digital design work is non-refundable once concepts or drafts have been delivered.

If you are unhappy with a design:

  • We offer revisions according to the scope defined in your contract or proposal.

  • Additional revisions may be billed separately.

5. SERVICE ISSUES OR ERRORS

If Dzignify is at fault due to an error, delay, or oversight on our part, we will work promptly to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The issue is clearly caused by Dzignify

  • We are unable to complete the agreed-upon deliverable

  • A workaround or correction cannot be reasonably completed

Refund eligibility in such cases is reviewed individually.

6. INSTALLATION SERVICES

If installation is performed by a third-party provider (e.g., hardware installers):

  • Dzignify is not responsible for refunds related to hardware issues, physical installation, or third-party services.

  • Any disputes regarding installation must be resolved directly with the installer.

7. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel a project:

  • Notify us immediately at info@dzignify.com

  • Cancellation terms will follow the project agreement or proposal you signed

Work already completed will be billed accordingly, and refunds will not apply.
